1. Budget & Location: Anywhere under AU$1900, really. Australia.
2. Aim: Pretty much just Gaming. I don't really stick to any one type of game, so being able to run anything up to FarCry 3 and Crysis 2 would be ideal.
3. Monitors: I'm still deciding what monitor I want specifically. Probably just 1 at first, but looking to move up to two at some point. Don't really have a preference towards 1080p or 1440p.
4. Peripherals: As I said before, still looking at monitors, so any suggestions would be great. Other than that everything is sorted.
5. Why are you upgrading? My laptop just doesn't cut it anymore.

Other Information: Kind of on the fence as to what case I want to go for. I do like the NXZT Phantom sort of look but not sure if the 530 is the best option. Also, to the best of my knowledge, I should be able to fit the Noctua NH-D14 with my Mobo and memory but if i'm wrong there, let me know.

Thanks.

Maybe I would change the cooler to H100i. With that thing cooling your CPU, you'll be able to achieve high overclocks. Maybe I'd add 2 NF-F12 in pull on it.
And the mobo: maybe Maximus VI Formula from ASUS?

Sorry for my bad English!

Seems like you could go a little cheaper on the motherboard and go for the R9-290 instead of the 280x. But from a glance at PC part picker, there don't seem to be any aftermarket ones, so bear that in mind. You could try and save some more to get the 780, but that would be a little trickier.

Also, I really don't know much about SilverStone PSU's. There are a few options for Antec, Corsair, or SeaSonic at that price though, you could get something like http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620 which is supposed to be a very good series of PSU's.

EDIT: Here's my stab at it:

Mind explaining the reasoning behind some of the changes?

Thanks.

The Havik 140 is cheaper and performs just as well as the NH-D14. It fits the look of the white Phantom better as well. It's a bit louder but it isn't really louder than the stock case fans so it shouldn't really be a problem.

Cheaper motherboard/ram to match the general theme of the Phantom 410 case.

280x has a blue pcb to match the theme. It was also one of the cheapest 280x's I could find.

Cheaper wifi card/case to save money. I also don't see why you'd need a full tower for this type of build.

It was generally just to lower costs to fit the budget. If you haven't noticed, the list you posted doesn't give a price for the 280x and the optical drive.
