laptop to 300$

It's the thing, my sister is going to collage and my dad wants to buy her a laptop. 

normal stuff like writing in Word, some internet and Little Photoshop. 

generally she LOVE'S the sims (3-4) so it would be nice to have a graphics card of some sort. it can be used.

For $250 you won't find decent new laptops, look on the used market for second hand ones.

Even for $300 you won't find decent new laptops for sale. Unfortunately I'm not from Poland and have zero knowledge of the used market there.

used market is like in almost any Country, just check yours and give some example.

I'm from the UK so that would mean if I checked the used market here an import cost would be incurred for shipping to Poland.

Both Poland and the UK are member of the EUCU, so there won’t be any import costs as far as I know.
