Liquid cooler options?

I can't decide between the two models, 

I need a 240mm cooler

The only ones we have in my area are :

 

CoolerMaster Master Liquid ml240r

Silverstone TD02 rgb

And Corsair H100i pro but overpriced

So between the Silverstone and CoolerMaster which is the better option?

The two seem pretty similar with a slight edge towards the TD-02 RGB.

If you're limited to these two coolers, go with the cheaper one or the TD-02 RGB for the 3 year warranty vs. ML240R's 2 years.
