Did you install drivers ? Did you uninstall old drivers?

have you plugged the screen into

the GPU and not motherboard ?

you connect the GPU properly? (Eg does it have 6 or 8 pin power, it so, are they connected

If you plug your HDMI into the motherboards HDMI port, does it give a signal?

Download DDU, boot in safe mode, delete old drivers, install new drivers and report back

So you have no signal from your motherboard and no signal from your GPU. Maybe if you can try another monitor and see if that works?

Turn off your computer, remove the GPU out of the computer. Put your VGA cable from the port in the motherboard to the monitor and see if you get a signal.
