First Motherboard Swap

I plan on swapping motherboards for the first time tomorrow, but before I proceed there a couple things I need to know. Also, if there are general tips that I should know, please tell me. I am swapping from MSI's B450m Gaming Plus to their B450 Tomahawk. Since both motherboards are from MSI and have the same drivers (for the most part), I am wondering if I'll need to uninstall any drivers associated with the B450m Gaming Plus before I begin the swap? I feel as if neglecting to do so will cause undesirable effects, but I may be wrong. Looking at the Win10 64 drivers page for both motherboards seems to suggest they share the same drivers except for the "On-Board Audio Drivers" (which seem similar, but if you look closely there are slight differences in version and file size). My last question is whether or not I'll need to reinstall Windows? I am running the (currently unending) unlicensed version of Windows 10, but plan to buy a license when I find the means to do so (hopefully not too long after this swap). If I am incorrect in any manner, please correct me since there is a lot I still need to learn. If there is any additional information which I should be notified of, please convey it to me. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Here are the links to the Win10 64 drivers for both motherboards:
