Bad Image problems since new os help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont know why but ever since i got windows 8.1  some of my games and softwares it says bad image d3dx11_43.dll in system 32 is not designed to run on windows error 0x000012f and i already looked up the error and i couldnt find any fixes so does anyone know how to fix this and i know it is not 8.1 because my friend has it and he has all the same stuff that i do and his works fine

Are you running 8.1 drivers instead of 8/7?

yes i did i think i did at least i had it scan my gpu and it gave the driver i needed and i told it i had 8.1
