Meh... There's only 1 reason to get a good antivirus like ESET Nod32 or Kaspersky anymore nowadays... when you mess around a lot with cracks, trainers and all sort of false positive .exe's since Windows Defender is retarded when dealing with those.

 

That aside if you're on Win10, the mentioned Windows Defender is fine enough by today standards.
