So I'm updating my Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H so that my GPU works properly (trust me, the reason my GPU doesn't work is because my BIOS is very old). I've got the latest BIOS downloaded and extracted into its own folder. What should I put on my USB? Should I just put the whole folder on it?

And I know how to do everything else, just not what files I need.

Format USB to fat32 (i think) and then copy all contents to the USB with nothing else on it.. Don't put it in a folder..
