need a new case fan

So basically my rear fan has absolutely shat itself and has starting rattling like a maniac. Basically i would like to replace it with a quiet 120mm fan. Can anyone make and good reccomendations. Preferably less than $40AUD.

~23dB..Replace both or have a spare.

Be quiet Silent wings 3 /Pure wings 4 are good choices
