Usb ports not working

Hello, my computer doesnt recognize my usb ports. So i dad a factory reset and after that my usb ports and audio ports were not working so also the keyboard and mouse didnt work and i resetted the CMOS battery with the jumper after that but now i can't do anything because it is saying: CMOS date/time not set

Press F1 to run setup
Press F2 to load default values and continue
But my keyboard and mouse are not working so i can't click F1 or F2.
Who can help me?
