Silent and good complete cooling system

Hi!

I'm wondering about bying a complete WC setup (as the h100i), but only 1x120mm and the pump is preferred to be silent.

Ofcourse I know that fan noises are the greater trouble and some complete systems doesn't come with that much of a silent fan, and therefore I'm also asking about a silent still effective fan for this pump, not necessary but preferably black, to make the looks fit in nicely in my system which is ROG inspired (a ROG mboard and later on a gtx 780 ti).

Probably the h80i and then if you get aftermarket sp120's you can use the red fan ring. except then it will be really freaking lud and you will want a fan controller.
