Should I get it?

Hello I was looking into buying a new laptop primarily for university, however, I would like to do some gaming on it.

I wa looking on ebay and I found the following lenovo laptop:

My current laptop is the XPSL501X which I have had for 2 years, dropped, stood on, and accidently spilt water on. It lives but it is slow. What I'm looking to know is at it's peak would the laptop I have now, be better or worse than the one on ebay? Would it be a good enough purchase?

Ask for the model number to confirm the specs and then look up some reviews

The seller has already provided gameplay demo videos --pretty impressive listing if those videos are accurate.
