Weird things happen on start-up

Alright, so basically I've been experiencing a few weird things whenever I start-up my pc.

 

as soon as it loads up, a small Firefox windows pop up and doesn't even load. the title of the windows is gibberish like absolutely random "ajsdfbakjdbajkdhajkwdiowqueqwekasp;d" << something like that

the weird thing I don't even have Firefox installed. 

 

second, my resolution doesn't save, every time I boot my PC I have to adjust my resolution to 1080p 144Hz

 

it's a newly built system, didn't pass a month on it even. running Genuine Windows 10 Pro if that matters.  \

 

Quick Update: I ran Malwarebytes and it detected 3 Threats, one of them was the Firefox pop-up which for some reason it was in this file path

never the less it got rid of it. also, I did update my Nvidia drivers. but still same issue occurs and I even get out of signal on my montor
