GTX 1650 laptop or GTX 1050Ti laptop with thunderbolt 3?

Would you rather buy a laptop with a AMD Ryzen 7 3750H and GTX 1650 or a laptop with an intel i5-8300H with 1050Ti that have Thunderbolt 3 so you can use an external graphics card later on?

probably the second for the ram.
 

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.
