this is my second unit as I read on a forum the unit was faulty so I RMA'd it but now this one isnt showing up either it's plugged into the motherboard via that mini usb and I have all the cables it came with plugged in So I have no idea where I go from here can anyone shed any light?

I thought that but It appears to not have any? no instalation disk no download links on the website other than the software which i already have
