Full mechanical keyboard?

Hey guys, I was wondering if it is possible to build a full mechanical keyboard including the Numpad and fuction keys?

No. Full size customs are very rare. Full size custom hot-swap don't exist as far as I know. There are however prebuilt full size with hotswap, like the GMMK or Massdrop Shift.
