Personally I'd go with the Ironclaw, because it looks like it's a little more comfortable, and I like the larger side buttons.

One advantage of the Ironclaw is that you can visit a retailer to try it out if they have it on display, or at a local gaming event.  If you have some free time, I would just pop into a store and see how it feels.
