Hello

My girlfriend works for a university and has to send a fair share of emails per week to her students with feedback on assignments and such. She finds it, understandably, rather annoying to create a Word document and then manually mail it to a specific student. So, automation should be there to help her out, right?

However, I cannot seem to find anything as such. I only end up finding info about "mail merge", which doesn't seem particulary useful in this scenario. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks in advance,

Thorn

The default one that comes with Windows 10.

Since I don't use Win10.....that doesn't help me much :)

The Windows 10 mail app is pretty crap and can't be automated. Something like Outlook could be automated via extensions and VBA, but that's not free.

Is she reviewing student documents and sending their document + revisions + feedback to them? Or is she putting the content of the email into a word doc and attaching that?
