I am having this issue where whenever I turn on my computer I am confronted with this. It started displaying weird artifacts when I was playing Doom VFR and then it progressed into all of my other games. It only totally stopped about a hour ago. If anyone has any idea on how to resurrect it could you please let me know. Also if there is no hope then also please let me know.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Yeah I just realized it's said in the title, didn't focus on it

check if your GPU is overclocked, and even if it's not, try bringing down the GPU Memory frequency down and see if it helps, but otherwise most likely the card is dying and there's nothing you can do, my friend's HD 7950 died in a similar way last year

The card is not overclocked but I can't get into windows because as soon as windows attempts to load it brings me to that screen so I can't lower the frequency. I guess it may be gone then. Thanks for your help though, I really appreciate it.

Yeah that's completely gone if it does that without doing anything intensive, and you're welcome

Have you tried different cable connections? DVI, HDMI, etc?

Do you have an APU to plug into in the meantime?

I have tested both the DVI ports, the HDMI port and the Display Port. I technically had two displays plugged in at the same time as I was playing in VR at the time it failed. I do have a IGPU but it is the one in the I7 4770 so not exactly top of the line. I will probably mothball my system until I get a replacement card as I can use my laptop in the meantime. Thanks for your suggestions and concern.
