GTX 980 Problems

I have a GTX 980. 2x4GB DDR4 Crucial Ballistix. AB350 Gaming 3. Ryzen 5 1600X

My BIOS Gives 4 GB of RAM to Hardwares, and I can use just 4 GB. Any tips how to disable it? I can shjow you Hungarian pics if you want.

Try reseating the ram, and making sure that it is completely in the slot correctly.

Try a different putting the memory in a different memory slot?

Maybe a ram stick just kicked the bucket?
