So i want to build a system around a FX-8350 and a GTX 770. I also need a case with dual 120mm rad support I plan to get the H105 at a later date. And i also currently have a samsung evo 120gb ssd. I also can not upgrade my computer as i am selling in order to get my new pc so please don't suggest i upgrade. I also can not go a penny above $1050, i am using newegg for everything aswell so make sure it doesnt go above 1050 on newegg. Get a better motherboard. I'm guessing you want to OC, so get a 990FX

you don't need to buy thermal paste for one.

A 2GB 770 isn't that great for SLI, get a smaller PSU or the 4gb version.

you don't need a CD drive, find a USB drive and make a bootable USB with another computer.

Get a Seagate Barracuda over that WD blue

Here's a bit of an idea...not too sure if you have brand loyalty or anything.

CPU:  AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor  ($159.99 @ Newegg)

Motherboard:  ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($79.99 @ Newegg)

Storage:  Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Disk  ($139.95 @ Amazon)

Video Card:  Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card  ($239.99 @ Microcenter)

Case:  NZXT Source 210 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($45.98 @ Newegg)

Power Supply:  EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($39.99 @ NCIX US)

Optical Drive:  Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer  ($19.98 @ OutletPC)

Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit - OEM (64-bit)  ($97.27 @ TigerDirect)

Total: $935.12

(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Edit: You can save some money from the CPU cooler (~$35) and dump that into some other RAM if you'd like a more "mainstream" brand like G.Skill or Corsair. As well, follow what @helping said and make a bootable USB. They're a lot better in the long run. I find it easy to misplace CDs, but easy to keep a hold of thumb drives. You could potentially save ~$50 on the build and do other fun things with it...like a pizza night.

I bet if he does that with a better gpu like a 780, it might get bottlenecked

6300 won't bottleneck a 780. from what I've seen the 6300/8350 are pretty close in gaming. geting a better gpu over a cpu will give you more fps in this case.

The 8350 will only be better in games that can use all 8 cores.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
