Question 1: how often does this happen?
Question 2: is this your ONLY Windows PC OR your most powerful one?
Question 3: did you try to call support?

Answer me here or in DM's I had this happen to me before too, and I have some easy fixes (some might need some talking to microsoft)

Well.. It's on my ryzen 1700 system. I just install Asus AI processor 5 and it starts to show BSOD once I got in to Windows.

Is this your only PC with Windows? And is this your best gaming PC?

If yes for either of the two, call Microsoft and tell them the situation and they will prolly let you reuse the key. and if that fails take it in to a PC repair person, they might be able to fix it.
If no to both, Linux might be a good try, and if that fails take it in to a PC repair person, they might be able to fix it (if they did not with keeping Windows.

I can't uninstall because I keep on getting BSOD when ever I tried to boot into Windows 10 even in safe mode... Plus all my stuff inside is very important.

Ok, restart the system until it does the Recovery process  (where ti checks for startup problem, and gets you to a blue menu), and in there, under Troubleshoot, you should have the option to do a System Restore. This allows you to take your system back in time to an earlier state before you installed your ASUS software without affecting your personal files.
