Should my fans be the same company or can they be different. And 2 of my fans are running at 1500RPM and the other one is running at 680RPM. Is that good or bad.

2 Front Fans are the Corsair ML120

1 Rear Fan is Some cooler master fan that came with the case.

You can have any fans you want.. nothing is telling you otherwise. Just get em, plug em into your motherboard and configure a fan profile in your BIOS and go. Obviously there are better options out there depending on the use case, IE radiator fans, Restrictive air flow etc, but in general, most fans will be just fine as long as they are DC or PWM controlled.

They can be different or the same it doesn't make any difference whatsoever on performance. just set up a fan profile as Skiiwee29 said

You shouldn't focus on brand you should focus on the effectiveness on both fan as that you could even use a 5 dollar desktop fan and have the same performance as a 25 dollar fan so just focus on the effectiveness over brand

that is true i used the stock case fans for ages in a 60 euro case from gamemax and even they were fine
