so basically my screen flicks to a black screen for a second or less and then goes back to normal, i dont really know what is causing this but im near certain its not my monitor or cables for my monitor. i ddu'd my graphics drivers and when i booted into normal windows without them it was happening again so i dont think its those, but it might be a driver issue or conflict. it didnt happen in safe mode to my memory so thats what makes me think its a driver issue. its been happening since i cleared my cmos and one time it happened so much that it literally made my firefox go all weird and then it showed me the loading screen for windows and went to my desktop so i restarted and as i got in to my desktop i bluescreened and then it just restarted my pc before i got to see what the bluescreen said. im very confused and i feel out of options here, its literally happening as im typing. it seems to make my programs act weird too for some reason

Anybody have any ideas? He has used DDU in safe mode, has updated Windows, has cleared his CMOS battery.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
