I am looking for good monitor for competitive gaming mostly rainbow six siege and also I do Photoshop and illustrator work.I am really confused now.My choice is MSI optix mag24c or mag241c.But I heard  that these monitor have ghosting issues and va panel doesn't provide true 144hz experience. What can I do now?Available 144hz brands in my country are Viewsonic,Msi and Asus.

Your asking for the best of both worlds and it doesn't exist.

You either get a gaming display using a TN panel for competitive gaming. Forget 144hz+ VA or IPS, the pixel response isnt fast enough.

or/and

You get a different displays using an IPS panel for Photoshop/illustrator/ professional work.

VDU: Panasonic 42" Plasma | GPU: Gigabyte 1080ti Gaming OC & Barrow Block (RIP)...GTX 980ti | Sound: Asus Xonar D2X - Z5500 -FiiO X3K DAP/DAC - ATH-M50S | Case: Phantek Enthoo Primo White |
