PC weird sound

hi guys I keep hearing this weird sound coming from my pc. have you guys heard this before? really hope someone can help me on this as it's annoying me. ignore the laughter at the back. 

 

CPU RYZEN 2600X

MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE X470 GAMING 7 WIFI

PSU SEASONIC 850W GOLD

RAM CORSAIR 3000MHZ CL15

GPU GIGABYTE 1070TI GAMING

SSD CRUCIAL 250GB

HDD 2TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA

CPU FAN NOCTUA NH 14 AM4

Can't really hear much in that sound clip, maybe you can describe what you're hearing and any symptoms or problems you're having as a result.

I can't even check the clip. But try first identifying where sound is coming from. You can use fingers to push or stop fans, HDDs and such to see what effects noise. If nothing changes, then its most likely coil whine, usually issue of GPUs and PSUs. You can't do nothing to it but adapt. Or change part causing it.

the sound is the last few second. I don't know how to type out in words lol.

yeah i tried unplugging my case fans cpu fans still same. so i was thinking it's either gpu or cpu. but if it's coil whine I need to bring it back rite?
