Check all of your PSU cables, all of you sata cables and then make sure you are booting to the correct HDD or SSD.

Life is pain. Anyone who says any different is either selling something or the government.

Remove the non critical components one at a time and see which/if one of them is causing the problem. Most likely something is not connected correctly.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

Try booting without gpu and only 1 stick of ram. If you boot and it doesn't loop then you know it's being caused from 1 of the two.

Finished build my pc, hooked it up and turned it on and after 10 seconds of everything running, it turns off . It will then turn itself on again and go through the whole process over and over... Any tips?

Did you give the all the power too all the components for example to the GPU?

PROFILEYEAH

What do people even put in these things?

It is also constantly showing me debug code 15 - Pre-Memory North Bridge initialization is started.

Disconnected all non necessary components and it still wont stay on.

Are you able to get into windows or into bios, are you getting any visual on your monitor? If it keeps looping on and off then unplug your psu from power outlet, make sure theres no metal touching motherboard which could cause a shorting. Make sure your motherboard is on all your standoffs in your case (might want to remove a few standoffs if they are not needed in keeping motherboard attached to your chassis). Make sure your 24pin and 8pin power cables are connected right, make sure your cpu is installed correctly and your heatsink is attached to the motherboard in place with adequate thermal paste. Make sure to boot with only one ram stick, one gpu, and one hdd during troubleshooting, once you go through all those steps then reconnect your psu and try booting up again. Let me know if your cpu and psu fan turn when booting.

@IdeaStormer

My guess would be something is shorted out, time to pull the motherboard and make sure all the standoffs are correct and not odd junk is lodged under the motherboard. Make sure the screws are not so tight that there might be some contact with a power trace or something weird like that.

I doubt that anything shorted out, as it seems to run fine for long enough and my case has pre-installed standoffs. I also made sure not to screw the motherboard in too tight for fear of undue stress. All fans turn on correctly, though at a faster speed. They then slow down after a while and after that it turns off. I also get no visuals on the monitor upon startup.

EDIT: I started it up this time and it stayed on. I'm going to slowly add components and see if it makes a difference.

Try experimenting with different arrangements of RAM sticks. Occasionally, you'll get a dodgy one, and will need to remove it in order for the PC to post.

Don't worry i sorted it out, but there is one problem. My debug code says that some architectural protocols aren't available, but my computer seems to still work fine. O.o

That may be just that you have disabled some features of mobo such as integrated graphics.
