Cpu not POSTing

Hey guys this is my first time posting on here but I need some help from some people smarter than me. Thanks in advance!

 

So I have 3x i5 4590 cpus i got from my brother. I want to test them to see that they all work then give 2 of them to my friends. I didn't have a 1150 mobo or ddr3, so I borrowed one from a friend. 

 

The first cpu booted to windows first try on my friends computer, but when I try it on my borrowed mobo, the fans kick on for a split second then everything turns back off. The other two, the fans stay running but no post. Tried moving the ram stick to the other slot but nothing happens. I also tried 2 different PSUs and same result. Any idea what might be happening?

Are you aware of that board working with any other CPU(s) as of late? It could just be dead.

He pulled a 4670k out that booted good

See if it works if he puts it back in there
