One thing to notice is that he did that by overclocking an 8750h. What? I thought the 8750h is locked right? How did he overclock with xtu?

Like Jay said, XTU can break BIOS limitations to a certain point. Of course, when you use XTU to get around BIOS limitations, the sort of thing that he showed is likely to happen, and if your laptop has a warranty sticker covering a screw, you've lost your warranty. If it's not user-serviceable, you've lost your laptop,

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
