need help choosing a GPU

this is my second build and my last one was a budget PC. I'm having trouble with what graphics card to use, i'm running a Ryzen 7 2700X, 32GB of Ram, Asus strix X470-f mother board, evo 970 m.2 ssd. i'm currently using my old RX570 as a place holder, but id like to upgrade for around 600-700. i'll be doing a mix of gaming and 3D modeling with my PC, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Radeon VII

16GB of VRAM, and the card has roots as a workstation card
