some questions about ryzen build

I'll buy a R5 1600, but im not sure which mobo i should get. 

My question is: Any B350/B450 will do?

I intend to overclock, but nothing extreme.

And I'll need more than 2x4Gb ram? 2400MHz is good enough? 

I can't afford 3200mhz, unfortunately.

2666 MHz typically doesn't cost much more if it even costs more at all.

Either of these would be good, if you can afford them. I'd recommend the 16, in case you want to be able to leave chrome open and still do things.
