Gaming laptop around $1000 in 2019

This is another looking for laptop topic :)

i am seeking a 17.3" FHD  laptop that i could do productivity, (light 3D cad user) multimedia and play games occasionally, like league of legends, CSGO, Doom 3, etc. From my research it looks like i can't get anything higher than 1050TI, or perhaps 1060, my budget is about $1k - 1.2k

I have looked at different models like Helios 300, Asus FX505, HP Omen 17 and my concern with these is loud fans, at least that's  what i was able to find in the reviews.. Currently I'm looking at such laptops:

1. HP Omen 17-an110na 17.3 FHD IPS i7-8750H 8GB 1TB+128SSD GTX1050Ti EN W10  - $1200

2. MSI GF75 Thin 8RD-046XPL 17.3 FHD IPS i7-8750H 8GB 1TB GTX1050Ti Max-Q  - $1000

Does it worth investing into 1050TI in 2019? Are these models reasonable choice? Any help would be appreciated

Do you need it right now? I'd assume next gen computers with Turing cards are coming soon...

No urgency here, but not sure of what should I wait? RTX 1660?

There is not a lot of information about this MSI GF75 laptop yet, but it looks like a nice machine.

Get 1650 laptops if possible, faster than 1050TI while not being more expensive

Where are you from? Must it be 17 inch? Any preference on weight and battery life?

I am from Europe, Lithuania. No preference on weight or battery life, anything with 2-3 hours of not gaming tasks will do.

My Requirements are:

- I currently own Dell M4600, which i love for being cool and quiet.

- 17.3", this is going to be my main computer, light CAD, some gaming, Video viewing, i think larger screen will help, currently own 15.6. Not going to carry a lot. FHD

- Not going to play the newest games, prefer more simple older games, like LOL, CSGO, Warcraft III, Unreal tournament?, don't know any other names :)

- Decent storage SSD + HDD, like 1TB

- Average or above average sound quality

- Good screen, IPS

- would prefer Thunderbolt 3

- To be relatively quiet, so fans would not spin full when watching youtube or a movie...

- Weight - don't care.

- should last more than 2 years, before it is usable only to watch youtube...

PS. i did find this: MSI GF75 Thin 9SC-037NL 17.3 FHD i7-9750H 8GB 1TB+256SSD GTX1650 EN W10 , but i have no idea if this will be a cool laptop, or gonna be home warmer with fan blower all the time..

1. Not open to good TN panel?

2. Is TB3 a must?

3. Do you mean quiet in light loads?

4. Last more than 2 years in terms of performance or reliability?

4. Both

What about HP Omen 17?  is it a good choice? I've read a lot of topics about heat issues and loud fans... This has 120hz screen which seems nice

1060 seems like a better choice over 1650?

1060:

MSI GP73 8RE

HP Omen 17t - TB3 port

If you're fine with 1050TI:

Lenovo Legion Y730 17 - TB3 port, quiet

Asus GL703GE

All options are over budget unfortunately

What about options with 120+hz display? Worth to get 1050ti with larger refresh rate? Not going to play very heavy newer games

1. What are the options you're looking at?

2. Since you don't play heavy games, 1050TI is fine
