Ram : 16gb 2666Mhz

Cpu : I5-6400 2.7ghz (doesn't have a heatsink)

Gpu : Asus RX580 8gb (might sell)

Psu : EVGA 500 watt 80 plus

Ram : 16gb DDR3 1400mhz

Storage : 1tb Toshiba HDD (currently in main pc)

Motherboard : Generic ASUS pre-built motherboard

Make sure your drivers are up to date. On my 580 it would crash and stutter on older versions of drivers.

What all have you tried? Is your GPU plugged into the top slot and have you tried double checking to make sure the GPU is seated securely and firmly.

As well as the PCIe power cables plugging into the GPU. Make sure the plug audibly clicks when plugged into the GPU. If using semi-modular PSU also check the plug going to the PSU.

What model and brand of PSU are you using?

Also not only delete Nvidia drivers but also AMD drivers. Then reinstall the latest from the website.
