I just set up my pc after cleaning and everything was fine i booted in windows but after a crash and a hard shutdown my pc wouldn't boot i swapped the memory sticks and the screen started blinking with 2-3 second intervals after some time i would boot in to windows pc is laggy games as well both ram sticks boot im fucking frustrated and scared what the fuck is going on ? Can’t enable xmp as well.

Those temps seem rather high for idle, a full parts list would be helpful, but for now try 1st clearing your cmos, 2nd make sure your liquid coolers pump is not dead. XMP is a real pain sometimes but given the other issues you may have a ram issue so try something like memtest86. pls respond with any updates
