possible faulty card?

hey, so i bought a used gigabyte gtx 1050 2GB OC low profile off of amazon, i received it about 2-3 days ago. and i keep getting this issue where when i load up a game my first monitor goes black and shows the "no signal" and my second monitor starts glitching out. holding ctrl-alt-del usually helps it but only for a couple minutes.i dont understand. i have it all connected in the right spot. i updated the drivers and i updated windows. its really annoying and im already heated cause i originally bought the wrong sized1050... i really hope theres a solution to all this so i dont feel like i wasted my money.
