Loop draining advice

'm trying to drain my loop for the first time but could use a little help. I've only managed to get about 2/3 of the fluid out and in the image below the tube from pump to CPU is still full of fluid. The tube from pump to top rad and the tube from GPU to bottom rad also have a little fluid in them.

 

I've tried tilting the case every which way but i cant get it to shift. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to introduce air into the system. Since it looks like all the fluid is out of the rad, disconnect the fitting between the the rad and pump. Then blow into that tube going into the pump/res to force the water down the system.

 

Once the pump/res and tubes to the CPU is clear, disconnect the outlet tube from the CPU and blow into it to move more fluid out. Once you notice that there are no more fluid in the GPU, disconnect the outlet tube and you can just take out the rad to clear fluid out of it.

Just blow air into it. crack open the tip of the rez a bit and blow air into the tube with your mouth.  Also you never get all the fluid out unless you fully take it appart so just put down some paper towels and start removing pieces out of the system  if your plans are to completely drain it.    I take a little container and put it under the GPU and slowly loosen the tubes and let what water is in there drain out. I try to take out the rads last because they tend to hold allot of excess water.
