Can't Input Image Into Already-Posted Status Update... Again

So, re-occurring issue where I can't for the life of me enter in the image below into an already-posted status update.

 

Did the usual, so...

  • Use the plus key
  • Drag the image in
  • Click on the image directly

I've done the usual too, so...

  • Clear cache
  • Tried Microsoft Edge
  • Restarted PC even

 

Latest Chrome browser, Windows 10

Does it happen when editing from the page with just the status on its own (clicking the posted time)?

When it happens, is anything logged to the dev console? F12, console tab, refresh the page, try and reproduce it, post a screenshot here.
