How to disable iPhone Activation Lock?

My sister got her iphone... 7? activation locked. All i'm seeing on youtube are sketchy looking videos and all i found on r/techsupport was that it is impossible.

 

anyone here go ideas?

reset your apple id password? Do you still have access to your apple id account?

If the account on the iPhone is your sisters, calling Apple might work but if its someone elses iCloud then the phone is basically a paperweight, Apple won't do full resets on iPhones unless its the owner who wants to do so.

And also, what do you mean that she got her phone iCloud locked, did she buy it like that or did it just lock her out?

Was ages ago but when my brother got locked out of his IPod touch I plugged it into iTunes and unlocked it from there
