A few things.

The intake to your reservoir is on the top. The coolant rushing through the air at the top might be aerating itself by passing through the air space. Try removing more airspace, or running the intake to the bottom of the reservoir (this would be the optimal method). Thicker coolant with additives (i.e. what you're using with that dye, as opposed to straight distilled water) will shed bubbles less quickly and tend to build up foam.

You may have had air left in your radiators after filling it, which is slowly bleeding into the coolant and causing the bubbles.

You could have a loose fitting somewhere, sucking air in and making bubbles.

It will more than likely take several days for the air to dissipate, provided your loop is not creating or exacerbating the issue.

if its recently filled loop its possible the bubbles will slowly disappear, but the easiest way to deal with that is it just fill the res up.

Where is there actually air at in the loop? A res doesn’t count.

Let it settle and turn the pump speed down.
