If gaming is priority I'd go with this instead, gaming performance wise the i7 8700K and i9 9900K are pretty much on pair however the 2080 Ti will be a noteworthy bump in performance, specially if you're aiming 1440p or 4k

You can stream using NVENC through the 2080 Ti, no need to do it through CPU as quality is fine now.

 

With the 2080 Ti you get a better GPU for eye candy and CPU wise the i7 8700K has the same single thread performance of the 9900K and the greatest majority of games is quad core optimized.

 

As long as your don't multi-task too much it should be perfectly fine
