Laptop into Mini PC

Ivan4o

I have Dell Inspiron 1564 (2009). My dad used it for his needs.

Now I use it for light gaming and surfing on the internet.

Specs:

  • 4 GB DDR3 1066MHz
  • Intel Core i3-330M
  • Integrated GPU
  • 512 GB WD BLUE

His screen is broken and i should use external monitor and other peripherials.

It uses a lot od space on my desk, I wanted to take everything out and make homemade case,

and but everything inside. Is that good idea or I am retarded?

Suggest some materials they are easy to use.

the laptop is smaller than any case you are going to make by hand , the laptop is also designed much better than any case you make by hand. So i suggest leaving it as is
