Why am I no longer motivated for YouTube

Honestly I can’t be bothered anymore to record and edit videos but I don’t know why, just feel dead

Make whatever comes to mind. 

 

It can help to write a script or jot down ideas then outline.

If you don't feel up for it, do not force yourself to got through with it. What matters most is your personal value and whether you believe the effort is worth it for you in the end. It's not worth decaying yourself over something you're not enjoying and in this case not motivated to do.

Everybody runs out of ideas sometimes, it happens. Nobody on this planet has infinite imagination. If you have an idea, write it down, and plan ahead.

I'm sure you enjoy when you have an idea and you're productive on a topic you're passionate about.

 

Any sort of occupation can be difficult and you will feel burnt out, but don't feel like you're at a dead end. Take a deep breath and take a step back from YouTube for a few days, weeks, months even if you need to.

 

It's okay to hit the brakes, everybody needs a break. You had the motivation to begin, you'll regain the motivation to continue.

I had a period where I just couldn't bring myself to do VHS shit for around a month because I had done a lot already.

Adding to what @handymanshandle said, take a break from YouTube or try to do other things in the nean time. Doing the same thing over and over without taking a break can lead to boredom or burn out.
