Will this pc run Most games over 60 frames per second on like med settings . The most important games are Rust, Gta V, Far Cry 5,Apex Legends, The witcher 3 and Watch dogs 2

While the 1060 is on the "low/mid" side, it's by no means a "weak GPU".

It will technically "bottleneck" the CPU... But that's just because the CPU won't be able to stretch its leg as much as if you had a $2000 GPU in there.

A bottleneck caused by a low end GPU is not as bad as a bottleneck from a low end CPU.

You'll be getting the best performances that can be obtained from your GPU at least, which is the important bit for gaming.

 

That said, why not get the successor card, the 1660? Not only is it "better", it's also 6GB and not that much more expensive (nearly the same price really)

Because honestly, that 3GB model, will hurt later on.
