Low GPU usage

I an having an issues in Apex where sometimes I am getting 144fps constant, and then alter I will be getting really low FPS all the time.

 

I checked in MSI Afterburner and it seems that my GPu usage is fairly low quite a lot.

 

The clocks don't dip on either the GPU or CPU so it doesn't seem to be hardware related. Tried taking of OC and it's the same.

 

Is this serve related?

It could be server side it could be your network. It could be your OS install. It could be something running in the background.

Your OS install, what do you mean by that?

 

Nothing is running it's completely clean, installed again the other day.

I had some major issues with windows 1809 build myself almost crippling my systems for gaming.

How did you solve it? 1903 was worse for me, much more stuttering.

I rolled back to 1803 where everything was much better for me on all my systems running Windows 10 Pro x64

What sort of issues did you face on 1809?

Very very low FPS, stuttering, input latency was through the roof. Daily usage was worse with the system overall being slower.

That seems very strange, I don't think there is that much difference between 1809 and 1803 is there?

 

Did you try clean re-installs on 1809 first?

Many clean installs, 5 of them to be exact. All the same issue, 1809 is currently Microsoft's nightmare of a spawn with updates.
