I have an HP PROLIANT SE1120 INTEL 2X SOCKET LGA1366 SERVER BOARD and can't find the front panel connectors. I heard from somebody that if it doesn't have any it might just turn on on its own but when i turn it on about 30 seconds go by then the power supply turns on for 5 seconds and turns off. I'm still not sure whether it has a place to put a power switch or not but if it doesn't why won't it turn on? No bent pins in socket it has plenty mounting pressure. Pluged in 8pin cpu power and 24pin main power. Has a cooler with plenty of thermal paste. And i tried two different kinds of ddr3 ram. It has an pcie ssd in it and a couple of sata hardrives. have tried it with and without graphics card. cpu is a xeon x5670 tried with just one in the cpu 1 socket and with both of them. Power supply is brand new 600w fully functional. I don't have 4 pin overclocking cpu power connector pluged in but that should not make a difference?

The mother board is oem and i got it off ebay.

I have looked for motherboard manual but this motherboard appears nonexistent on the internet. I have found other hp proliant systems but not this one. Maybe seller mislabeled the board but I don't know.
