Hello.

I have an old Toshiba Satelitte Pro laptop and it has a completely broken screen and mouse. I want to use it for programming otherwise it will just get binned. I have an external monitor and peripherals at hand but at this current moment in time, I can't login as the screen is so broken I can't view Windows. Is there any way for me to change the primary monitor to the external monitor using a keybind or something? I am going to be installing Ubuntu onto it anyways. So if there is anything I can do during that installation process that will change the screens over. I want to completely disable the laptop screen so nothing will be displayed on it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Many Thanks,
Stentorian
