When i got my pc and i saw the price i was terrified of the price (its nearly double here in the Philippines) so I without thinking asked for 2400 speed instead of 3200. Ive been thinking about this so i overclocked my ram to 2666 and im worried about the performance i lost from having slower speed memory

If you have a ryzen processor, yes you lost a fair amount of performance

If you have an intel processor, yes you lost some performance but it won't be AS noticeable

2666 on Ryzen is a nice large gain over 2400, 3200 would be a big gain but you're not really losing an enormous amount of performance, especially if you're using 2x2666 instead of 1x

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

really depend on what you plan to do.

but anyway, if you already have the ram, just use it, It wont be terribly slow with either ram speed.

Now I don’t have to think about it thanks! ?
