Sony vegas 16 crashed when press render as

hey guys, i am an editor of fragmovies and i never meet this problem before only a week ago 

 

so the problem is when I press render as the software just crashing i dont know what to do with this

 

i have to edit for a customer and i just need to help with this problem!!

You can try a System Restore and go back to earlier date when it was working.

Well system restore does not get rid of any files.  It just takes the registry to a previous date, so once again you will not lose any files.

its dose delete a files was not before the date 
 

i just want resolve the problem thats it not any restore system

yo have you tried uninstalling the program? That might sound really really stupid but it's work for me every once and a while.

Once again it will not delete a single data file.  It simply takes the registry back a few days which is no biggie....

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling Vegas as guru up above mentioned.
