Out of the two, the Alpha Pros. But the Cloud II Pros are better than either of the two.

cloud 2 or cooler maste mh 752 are better than either of them they are all in the same family of headphones - the takstar pro

Got cloud 2's right now, i thought the pro's were better? Gonna use them for semi-competitive gaming, feel like i can't hear some small detail in games right now (footsteps sometimes, defuser plant in rainbow six siege for example)

Get the Cooler Master MH 752 or 751. Those are the new-ish Takstar Pro 82.

The Cloud (Core, Pro, X, 2, Alpha) are based on the older Takstar Pro 80.

if you want detail get yourself proper headphones. like dt 770 80 ohm so you wont need a dac and an amp

So headphones better than headset for competitive games? and i kinda know what ohm is but is there a big difference between 32 and 80? would like leather earpads and the 80ohm version has fabric ones and the 32ohm has pleather, can buy seperate if they have

I have the HyperX Cloud II Pro headset not the Cloud IIs and use it mainly for competitive gaming, actual tournaments and what not, I don't use the built in surround it's crappy. It makes everything muffled and if you do play any game where footsteps or character sounds are a major thing you need to hear it blurs all that together, that surround button is mainly for singleplayer games or games like battlefield where you want to hear the big booms of explosions. The headphones themselves are great without it and have a much clearer sound and are pretty distinctive between footsteps and ambient noises, plus you have to set the in-game sound settings to what you think is best. If you have ambient noises or music in some games louder than your SFX volume you're going to be hearing more of that than footsteps and gunshots. I'm personally thinking about upgrading to the Sennheiser PC37X here pretty soon, because I've heard some pretty great things about them.

typically the 80 ohm would sound better . if you want to run the headphone off your phones the 32 ohm is better through your pc? goiven you have a modern within like the last 5 years your should be fine with the 80 ohm. you should be able to  get replacement pads. but overall 32 ohm or not they should all sound the same. unless your really looking for differences. if you want open back I highly reccomend dt 990 or hd 58x they are great for gaming and picks up lots of detail if you want virtual suround you got dolby atmos and razer suround software should do the same job as the usb dongle you hook the cloud heaphones.

To be honest I think the Cloud II's and Cloud II Pro's are essentially the same maybe minor differences, but I don't know for sure they have the Pro's on some websites but not all of them like Amazon and Newegg. Also I think your audio settings in Siege or Windows are fudged because I can here footsteps and defuser plants very clearly on mine, I have never had a problem in any competitive game where listening for footsteps or specific things like bomb plants or defuser plants, anything like that was critical. The only time I had an issue with the audio was when I first got them and the surround sounded wack so I updated the driver from the HyperX website and it fixed that but even then I don't use it. You could try updating them with the download from HyperX's website and see if that fixes your issues. But if you have a problem with the II's any of the Cloud headsets are going to be similar they're all based on the same driver the Cloud II's have a 53mm version same as the Alphas and the Flight has a 50mm driver because they're made for PC and PS4, but the Cloud II's or II Pro's whatever the difference is between the two have the best noise cancellation and are generally considered the best out of the HyperX line of headsets. If you really want a huge improvement a little bit more expensive Sennheiser or DT headset is what you're looking for.

Yeah can't find 2 pro's on any european website, must be a US version. As for drivers i don't think there are any for cloud 2's, not any i can find at least. Just got normal EQ in windows, gonna check drivers though but pretty sure they're quite recent
