Easy one Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro.  In the future you want to upgrade you will be set with your mobo..   For example if you want a 9900k some time in the future it will work with your motherboard.  So the mobo is expandible.  I would get the Aorus and slap a 9900k on it.

The AORUS Z390 Pro is the best MB on that list by far.

Both of the 390 boards are your better options. The MSI board has a connector for front panel usb 3.1 gen 2 type c, so if thats important to you consider that, otherwise they both seem to be excellent options, and I would go for something with a bios you are more comfortable with. The gigabyte board has a couple more chokes on the vrm, but both should overclock with the best of them, assuming your chip can
